WESTBOROUGH, MA – Wakefly, a Boston based online marketing and web development firm has recently been awarded an Award of Distinction from the 2015 Communicator Awards for the redesign of the Smiths Power website. This is the fifth year in a row that Wakefly has been honored by the Communicator Awards.

Wakefly President Jon Baer stated, “it is truly an honor to be recognized year after year for all the hard work that goes into designing web projects, we are thrilled to be recognized again this year.”

The Smiths Power website was redesigned in Kentico to increase customer acquisition and retention rates.  They also wanted a website that would enable their customers to find specific products quicker and obtain technical support.  Wakefly chose to utilize Kentico as the content management system (CMS) for this engagement because it provided Wakefly’s developers with the means to meet these objectives efficiently, as well as organize content more effectively than the previous CMS.
