Arbitration Forums
Site Migration | Web RedesignArbitration Forums is a membership-focused organization dedicated to providing its membership best-in-class service and ensuring they are at the center of everything Arbitration Forums does.
Project Overview
Arbitration Forums previously partnered with Wakefly to re-platform their public facing marketing website from an unsupported version of Ektron in to Kentico. During this project, while the front-end design of the website remained the same, Wakefly was able to garner an understanding of the type of controls that Arbitration Forums needed in order to efficiently manage their website. Thus, when it came time to begin the redesign, Wakefly already had a foundational understanding of the website’s content structure and needs to build upon.
Upon kicking off the full redesign project, Wakefly and Arbitration Forums collaborated to create a design that reflected the modern technology offerings and services of the company. Prior to the redesign, the website did not visually reflect the state of the art tools that Arbitration Forums offers to its members. The design was dated and in need of a complete overhaul. Wakefly’s design team created a modern, clean design that more accurately reflected the brand.
During the build, Wakefly leveraged Kentico Xperience 13 CMS to provide an intuitive platform for the Arbitration Forums marketing team to manage and grow their website on. Wakefly implemented Content Staging so that Arbitration Forums could update content or create new pages, internally review for approval, and then synchronize to production. Wakefly also implemented a Training Library, which utilizes multiple search filters to enable website visitors to drill down to the precise content that they are looking for.
The end result is a website that is visually appealing to the website visitor and easy to manage for the internal marketing team.
