Project Overview
Holyoke Medical Center partnered with Wakefly to redesign its website to better represent its high-quality healthcare services and improve the user experience. The previous website did not effectively communicate the hospital’s expertise and made it difficult for users to find important information.
During the discovery phase, Wakefly worked closely with Holyoke Medical Center to understand the needs of patients, providers, and job seekers. This process helped inform key decisions about site structure, navigation, and content organization to ensure a seamless user experience.
Wakefly developed the new Holyoke Medical Center website using WordPress and Elementor, providing the hospital with a flexible and easy-to-manage platform. The intuitive drag-and-drop functionality of Elementor allowed HMC’s internal team to easily update content without relying on developers.
